I formed this consultancy in October 2002 as the sole proprietor. Where work volumes are more than one person can handle I work with a small number of other trusted independent consultants as associates for the periods necessary to complete the work.

I spent 12 years as Remuneration Manager at Woolworths Head Office, working solely on all aspects of remuneration and benefits.

My experience prior to that (another 16 years) was a mixture of HR Development (training) and HR Generalist roles (including the remuneration components) in the research, consulting, clothing, timber, defence, manufacturing and mining sectors.
